G100 Eye Self-locking Hook

G100 eye self-locking hooks are suitable to fit G100 chains, positive lock latch is self-locking when the hook is loaded. They’re produced of forged super alloy steel, which is 25% stronger than G80 fittings on tensile strength. They have passed proof load test at 2 times WLL individually, and fatigue test at 1.5 times WLL for 20000 cycles. 100% magnaflux crack detection and breaking load test are also made to make sure they are of right quality. All load pins are 100% individually inspected and tested. We usually powder coat on G80 eye self-locking hooks with regular Blue color RAL5015.
