The Manual Tensile Force Test Rig is a dynamic and static multi-functional testing machine designed to simulate the loads experienced during normal winch operation, meeting the performance testing requirements for winches.
Feature:
The equipment can set a specific pull force value. While the winch is driven by the motor for reciprocating motion, the pull force remains constant, simulating real-world conditions where the winch continuously bears load during repeated operation.
The system allows users to set and maintain a fixed pull force value via the touchscreen interface, enabling the winch to sustain a constant load without rotation.
The system measures and displays the required torque value for winch rotation under load via the touchscreen. Users can set a torque threshold on the interface, triggering an alarm when the actual torque exceeds the preset value.
The system allows users to set the test cycles and test distance via the touchscreen, enabling the winch to perform dynamic tests automatically. The system will stop automatically once the preset number of cycles is completed.
The system allows operators to manually control winch functions—such as load application and rotation—through tactile touchscreen commands.
During testing, the system continuously records and graphically displays real-time data—including pull force, torque values, and cycle counts—as dynamic curves for immediate performance analysis.
The system allows test data recorded during winch testing to be exported via USB drive to a computer for further analysis. The data can be formatted into tables or analytical charts for comprehensive evaluation.
